・乳頭ピット黄斑症に対しての硝子体手術時に乳頭縁に光凝固をした24例としなかった22例とで視力、OCTで、術後44か月(12-98ヶ月)経過を追った。
・光凝固群ではlogMAR=0.7(20/100)からlogMAR=0.5(20/60)、非凝固群ではlogMAR=0.7(20/100)からlogMAR=0.4(20/40)で有意差はなかった。
・中心黄斑厚は光凝固群では750から309μ、非凝固群では616から291とこちらも有意差はなかった。（TY）
