Small incision corneal refractive surgery using the small incision lenticule extraction (SMILE) procedure for the correction of myopia and myopic astigmatism: results of a 6 month prospective study.

・48例91眼、年齢35.3歳、術前屈折度－4.75±1.56D、乱視度－0.78±0.79Dに対し、small incision lenticule extraction (SMILE) 方法を用いた近視のfemtosecond lenticule extraction (FLEx)の可能性について検討した。
・Carl Zeiss Meditec AG VisuMax femotosecond laser systemを使用して角膜実質の微小凸レンズ片を切りだし、McPherson鑷子で小切開部から切除した。
・6ヶ月目の屈折度は－0.01±0.49D、95.6％では±１D以内、80.2％では±0.5D以内で、83.5％ではUCVAは1.0以上、Satandardised questionnaireの質問では93.3％が満足していた。
