Aqueous humor penetration of gatifloxacin and moxifloxacin eyedrops given by different methods before cataract surgery.

・第4世代ﾌﾙｵﾛｷﾉﾛﾝであるGatifloxacinとMoxifloxacin(ﾍﾞｶﾞﾓｯｸｽ）の効果を検討
・193例の白内障手術眼で、術前の投与方法と術直後の前房内濃度を測定。
・全例に術2日前から1日4回点眼。
・第1群:ｺﾝﾄﾛｰﾙ、第2群:手術2時間前に15分おき3回点眼を追加、第3群:手術2時間前に抗生剤と散瞳剤のｽﾎﾟﾝｼﾞを下眼瞼内に10分間使用を追加、第4群:手術直前に1回点眼。
・第1群：G=0.19±0.23μg/ml、M=0.38±0.32
・第2群：G=0.82±0.31、M=2.16±1.12
・第3群：G=0.22±0.07、M=0.88±0.46
・第4群：G=0.30±0.21、M=0.97±0.63。
・Moxifloxacinの方がGatifloxacinより前房内移行は良く、第2群が最良であった
